“Reflecting on my Final Project”

When I take a look at my final project which was my poetry book I was surprised that I wrote every single poem in that book. I look and say to myself that I’m very proud of the work that I have completed on worked really hard on that made me become a very good poet. This book means so much to me. With the new understandings and outlooks on life that this book can give someone makes me very proud of the work that I have completed over the last week of my junior year. With this new project I got to really express myself and how I feel on life and how much hurt and pain I have went through in my life that made me have some ups and downs but I have made it through. With me and my new book I know that I’m very confident in the work that this book has brought. With all the feedback that I received from my classmates have made me feel very happy. I have never received so much good feedback from my fellow classmates. It really made me sit down and think that I’m a good poet and have a lot of skills that I have learned in this creative writing class that has made me a better writer for my senior year.

“Final Project Proposal”

For my new project, I decided to compose a poetry “chap book”. What made me come to this decision was that I was tired of writing short-short stories. I love making up stories but I love to write poems to. I wanted to write different poems that could change someone perspectives in life and inspire me in life with the situations that I’m going through. I believe that with poems that you have more creatively and get to understand life more and how choices of words can explain that in two or three stanzas. I plan to rite about topics such as sex, love and also hate. With these topics everyone has experience this and know how it occurs to people. I want to define a clear meaning that will help the author and give them a true understanding of how things go in life. It’s important to define a clear meaning to someone especially someone who’s around my age. With writing poems about people that are around my age sound easy but it’s very difficult. Teens want to visualize what’s going on and understand that life is a beautiful thing that we shouldn’t waste. In my poems I want to write about the good decisions that we should make in life and also the bad ones that drives us crazy. With writing poems it’s a quick way to make people think and understand why we should have a good altitude about life. Poetry gives you new ideas and new beginnings. That makes you refresh your mind and go back and think about what you are doing wrong in your life and what you are doing right. With me writing and composing this book I will dedicate this book to someone that was very special to me that I really cared for so that this person can understand my feelings and my heart.

Fairy Tale: Reflecting on Feedback

The feedback that I got from a former classmate wasn’t what I had expected. I had expected my feedback to be very great and also wonderful but it really wasn’t. My classmate explain that I need to work on my writing and write it as in musical. That I need to have a more smooth choice of words that will make it more beautiful. With that feedback I want to work on making sure that I complete my work on time and make sure that it is correct choice of words that I want to use. I want to make sure that I have more imagery in the story that will grab the readers attention. Even though my classmate said that my fairy tale was not thought provoking at all. I believe that my story was very thought provoking and has a lot of suspense and background to it.

Reflecting on My Found Poem

My found poem is wonderful and made me think about the possibly that you can when you write a poem. I believe that a found poem is when you can experiment with your writing. I love writing poems and having to put wonderful words up in it. I believe that this is my first time writing a poem in a different way that will make me understand the new creative things that you can write about. With me writing this poem for the first time in my creative writing class makes me write so much better.

Fairy Tale Proposal

My propasal about my new short-short story is that this story will be an awesome piece about life and its effects on everyone especaially your family. This story will compose of a young college student who’s dad is a vampire. Her dad kill everyone that she goes on a date with or even interact with at school that is a male. Anyone that gets in the path of her dream he kills them. The daughter doesn’t know about what her father has been doing. When she meets this one guy and decides on the first date that she really lilkes him and wants to go on another date with him. Then she sees what her dad does to the man as he stuck the soul out of his body. She finds out what her dad has een doing to all them en that she love and decides that its time to fight him back. Her dad loves to stuck the souls out of men that dates beautiful women. She decides to follow him and make sure that she uses a vaccine that brings the peron’s soul backs to make them live.

Relecting on My Second Draft of My Short-Short Story

In my second draft I had so many mistakes, which could have been prevented. I believe that I should have put more thoughts into the paper and thought about how I wanted my paper to begin and end with a bang. The beginning of the paper I wanted to add more sentences that could have explained my characters life. I wish I would have explained my topic more and have made more decisions about how the story can be a true story. When I wrote this paper I wish I would have chosen more words that could have grabbed the reader’s attention. When I think about things I could have did which was use more imagery and diction.

I believe that my story is magical and that I have an okay rhythm and that I should add more personal feelings to the paper. I could have used more figurative language that can explain more of my story. When I think about my paper wished I could explain my real life situations and gave more background on the situations that could have made the paper better. I believe that my style of writing is really not like my personally. I believe that my writing can get better so that it can reflect life.

Reflecting on My Short-Short Story

My first short-short story didn’t go the way I wished it would have gone. I wish that I would have used more descriptive and I had used more difficult words and strong and passionate words to describe the way that I feel. I believe that it could have gone better than I wanted it to. When I write it comes from my heart. My first draft was so horrible and I should have been more creative and I believe that next time it will be wonderful.

My Goals for this Class

What I hope to get out of this class is for me to become a better writer and for me to understand different types of writing. I feel that writing is a part of me. I believe that writing is a wonderful thing for everyone to do. I hope that I will become a better reader and listener to different types of stories. I hope that in this class I will write a wonderful essay that talks about my life and how I feel and express myself through out my writing. I hope that I will become more intelligent with this class and make me become a better writer.
